To use Image Creator, open Microsoft Paint and select the Image Creator icon on the toolbar to see the side panel. In the text box, enter a description of the image you want to create. For example, you can type "a blue cat with a red hat" or "a landscape with mountains and a lake".

Microsoft 365 doesn't have traditional clip art anymore, but as a subscriber you get several new kinds of high quality art in its place for free: high-resolution photographs, icons, cutout people, stickers, illustrations, and cartoon people. Select Insert > Pictures > Stock Images to see your options.

Edit a photo. With the Photos app, you can easily crop, rotate, adjust look and feel, add a filter, and write or draw on your photo to communicate and provide context. In the search box on the taskbar, type Photos . From the list, select Photos . Then select the photo you’d like to change.

Windows Photo Viewer isn't part of Windows 10, but if you upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, you might still have it. To check, press and hold (or right-click) a photo in File Explorer, and select Open with. If Windows Photo Viewer isn't in the list, you cannot install it on Windows 10.
